Frenchman’s Cap again

Sorting out a deceased estate is never easy and definitely not something that can be done quickly.  We were back in Zeehan again last week for a couple of days, keeping our fingers crossed that a settlement of my late brother’s property would be happening soon, but it fell through at the last minute. So, we’re back to square one, looking for a buyer for a little cottage and a great big shed, would suit a builder, mechanic, restorer, collector, etc.

For a change, the weather was brilliant, no rain at all.  And we had another great view of Frenchman’s Cap.  First photo, heading west late afternoon,

and, the next day around midday, when we were heading home again.

To see a larger image, click on the picture.  There is still some snow on the very top of the peak, brighter than the white quartz which makes up most of the mountain top.

These photos were taken with a quite old – about 7 years – and very basic digital camera, no macro or wide angle etc, but the pictures are quite clear.  Still waiting to hear if my other camera can be fixed ….
