Update on building the studio

This last week has seen the walls rise very rapidly after the second concrete pour to fill the walls up to floor level.
This is what it looks like inside the wall –

Meantime, while we wait for the concrete pour, the job is to remove the existing outside walls in readiness for the transformation to a connecting passageway.  From this –

and after a couple of hours with a tractor and several pallets,  it now looks like this –

The other side of those walls is our bedroom, so we hope that the weather doesn’t get too cold or damp before the new walls are up.  Where the little window now is will be the entrance door linking the house to the new building.
